‘E-Coaching Pro’ is a 6 week program designed to help you prepare for your next Competition or PB attempt. I’ll use my skills as a coach, experience as an athlete, and knowledge of ‘programming’ to create an ‘evolving’ training plan designed according to your ‘current’ and ‘desired’ levels of performance.
- Planned-sessions for ‘the week’
- 20:00 video call (weekly) to discuss the previous week’s training
- Each new week of training is adjusted according to your feedback
- In water, dry-apnea, and Strength & Conditioning sessions
- A structured approach to achieving peak performance for your competition or PB.
