E-coaching Pro


‘E-Coaching Pro’ is a 6 week program designed to help you prepare for your next Competition or PB attempt. I’ll use my skills as a coach, experience as an athlete, and knowledge of ‘programming’ to create an ‘evolving’ training plan designed according to your ‘current’ and ‘desired’ levels of performance.


  • Planned-sessions for ‘the week’
  • 20:00 video call (weekly) to discuss the previous week’s training
  • Each new week of training is adjusted according to your feedback
  • In water, dry-apnea, and Strength & Conditioning sessions
  • A structured approach to achieving peak performance for your competition or PB.
