‘Competition Preparation’ is a 6 week program designed to help you prepare for your next Competition or PB attempt. I’ll use my skills as a coach, experience as an athlete, and knowledge of ‘programming’ to create a training plan designed according to your ‘current’ and ‘desired’ levels of performance.
